PAYMENT TERMS

(a) Subscription. The Fleet ‘Equipment Inventory’ feature is free of use for your Company. Access to other features in Husqvarna Fleet Services require your Company to purchase Standard subscription and/or Husqvarna Automower® subscription (‘Subscriptions’) for a period of time as specified during sign-up.

(b) Active machines. The Fleet sensor is the mechanism to collect data for Standard subscription. When Your Company mount the Fleet sensor on a machine (according to installation procedure) that machine becomes ‘Active’. The Husqvarna Automower® has built-in connectivity and becomes ‘Active’ when added to the Fleet machine list. The Active machines form the baseline for the amount invoiced.

Example: Your Company has a total of 200 machines – whereof 150 machines are active - and 30 Husqvarna Automower® in Fleet inventory. The charge on invoice is; 150 pcs in the Standard subscription and 30 pcs in the Husqvarna Automower® subscription.

(c) Subscription plans. Your Subscription, which may start with a free Subscription trial period, will automatically renew on a monthly (Monthly Plan), annual (One Year Plan) or every two year (Two Year Plan) basis depending on the Subscription Plan your Company selected (as specified during your sign-up).

(d) Renewal date, Automatic Renewal. Your Subscription will renew Automatically at Renewal Date. Your Company can change Subscription plan and/or increase/decrease machine volumes as described in section e,f,g and h.

(f) Upgrade subscription plan. Your Company can upgrade from Monthly Plan to a One Year- or Two Year plan at any time with price changes effective immediately.

Example: After 14 days of starting with Fleet Services, Your company Upgrade to the Two Year plan. This comes into effect immediately with the result of a new Renal Date and new prices.

(g) Downgrade subscription plan. Your Company can downgrade from; a Two Year plan to One Year- or Monthly plan, or from a One Year plan to Monthly plan at any time. The price changes for downgrade change will take effect at the Renewal date for the current plan.

Example: After 12 months your company downgrade from a Two Year plan to the Monthly plan. This Downgrade will take effect at renewal date of the Two Year plan i.e after 12 months.

(h) Increase Active machine volumes. Your Company can increase Active machine volumes at any time. If the increase of machines is done during the current plan, price adjustments will be made matching the remaining length of the current plan to the Renewal date. At Renewal date current Subscription plan will auto-renew with current machine volumes.

Example: Your Company are on a One Year plan and add 100 machines six (6) months prior Renewal date. The price for those 100 machines is 6/12 of the One Year plan price.

(i) Decrease Active machine volumes. Your Company can decrease Active machine volumes at any time – but – the volume decrease will not come into effect until renewal date with respect to current plan.

Example: Your Company are on a One Year plan and reduce Active machine volumes with 50 machines six (6) months prior Renewal date. The invoice amount will be adjusted at Renewal date of your Current Plan. The machines can remain in the free parts of Fleet Services.

(h) Tier brackets. There are Tier brackets with volume discounts depending on the amount of active machines. The price discount for the current Tier is automatically calculated by Fleet Services. The price discount is automatically adjusted for the entire volume of Active machines when number of active machines qualify for a higher Tier effective immediately.

Example with increased volumes: Your company have 90 machines on a One Year plan. Your Company add and activate 30 machines at month 6. The entire Active machine volume will be re-calculated to the higher Tier bracket effective immediately.

Price adjustment if reducing number of Active machines comes into effect at Renewal date as specified under item (d) (Decrease Active machine volumes).
Example with decreased volumes: Your company have 150 Active machines on a One Year plan. Your Company deactivate 60 machines at month 6. The entire Active machine volume will be re-calculated to the lower Tier bracket effective immediately.

(i) Payment Methods. In connection with the Subscription plan that you select to purchase you must provide us with a current, valid, accepted method of payment, which may change from time to time ("Payment Method"). By providing a Payment Method in connection with Subscription, you hereby authorize us to debit the total cost of said Subscription and agree to be responsible for any foreign transaction charges associated with your Subscription purchase. Should charges for which you are responsible fail at the time payment is required, you may be responsible for costs associated with our efforts to collect amounts due in accordance with applicable laws. You represent and promise to us that all information you provide in connection with the purchase of a Subscription is true, accurate and complete. The duration and cost of Subscriptions are set by us in our sole discretion. When you purchase a Subscription, you will initially be charged at the rate applicable at the time of your initial agreement to subscribe. Any changes of the price of the Subscription comes into effect at Renewal Date of Your Companies Current plan. We will provide you with written notice before the end of Renewal Date. If you do not accept the change to your Subscription, you will be entitled to either decrease the Active machine volumes to zero (0) and remain using the free parts of Fleet Services, or, terminate this Agreement.

(j) Billing Cycle and Invoices. Billing will occur in advance - on a monthly basis for Monthly plan – and - on quarterly basis for One Year- and Two Year plan. Billing date occur about the Renewal Date. Invoices will be sent as pdf files to the e-mail address specified by your Company. 

(k) Cancellation of Subscriptions and/or Termination of account. Your Company can terminate the account from within Fleet Services web application. We will process the Termination within five (5) business days. Any remaining Subscription will be invoiced with respect to remaining days to Your Companies Renewal Date. Cancellation of Subscriptions can be made at any time by Decreasing Active machine volumes – no termination is needed – Your Company can remain using the free parts of Fleet Services without having any Active machines.

(l) Free trial. Your Company is entitled to only one free trial per lifetime. If we determine that Your Company has utilized more than one free trial, we reserves the right to terminate your access to Fleet Services.

(m) Refund policy. We will not refund any fees paid to us, including any advance charge(s) or payment(s) for any subscription term for the Services, unless otherwise required by law or the terms of those Payment Terms.
